Spaces & Places is the first Spanish company to be recognised at the European Property Awards in the Lettings Agency category. The annual European Property Awards, which recognise the best property companies and professionals, is the first time a company from Valencia has been honoured with this prestigious award. The event took place at the Marriott Grosvenor Square Hotel in London.

 The InternationalProperty Awards are considered one of the most important awards in the property industry and have offices in the Middle East, Europe, Africa and Asia. An expert judging panel of over 80 industry professionals, including two members of the UK House of Lords, assessed design, quality, service, innovation, originality and care for sustainability in property, construction, architecture, interior design and marketing in the residential and commercial sectors.

 At the last European Property Awards 2023-2024, the international agency Spaces & Places was awarded in the rental category for its high quality, security and personalisation of services for international clients interested in investing in property in Valencia.

 Spaces & Places will be included in the World’s Best for Spain book, which is distributed to first class and business class passengers on airlines such as British Airways and Emirates, thanks to its collaboration with International Property & Travel magazine.

 The company, located on Aragon Avenue, was founded by Alexandra Zakharova and Olga Verzhikovskaya in October 2021. We specialise in working with international clients, providing a full range of luxury home ownership services and working on environmental projects.
